General Manager and thus the commercial and technical soul of the company. He takes care of all your wishes and makes the impossible possible. He is the calming influence in an active house.

The head of the kitchen and the buffet. If you are planning a celebration or have a meal wish, he is your competent contact person. He lives the theme of eating with every fibre of his body.
