Conference Rooms

Our house accommodates several multifunctional conference rooms, which you can use for meetings, conferences, club celebrations, family celebrations, as a party room and for many other occasions. In all rooms there are fully equipped kitchens, which allow a separate Catering area.

The triple glazing leads to the peace and quiet that is indispensable for a congress and the modern technology enables the speaker to develop his creativity. Among other things, a electronic white board with beamer, a printing station, a canvas and microphones for the integrated sound system are available. Of course, our in-house technician is at your disposal when handling the audiovisual equipment.

The arrangement of chairs and tables in our event rooms is arbitrary. Whether parliamentary or as a semicircle, round or square – it is up to you how you want to receive, teach and entertain your guests. The chairs are designed so that they can be used for any occasion – they are comfortable, chic and timeless.
 All rooms are flooded with daylight and offer a breathtaking view.

No matter whether your group consists of 8 or 80 people – our rooms are individually prepared for you.
The Arkadenhaus is easy to find for the participants of your conferences due to its central and convenient location in the heart of Papenburg and the in-house parking lot is available free of charge.
